assign scruncher: to directory where scruncher lives.
place "/transforms" in directory scruncher
install and run varexx
install REXX: and REXX:GUI into RAM:
oh yes, I put samplescruncher into REXX: as well...
run octamed
run RX scruncher.rexx
the listview is all your available scruncher lookup buffers.
use the getfile button to update this directory list if
you save any new ones from the octamed sample editor.
The gui displays the contents of the file comment in the window
this enables you to make a more descriptive note of what each
effect does.
<< goes to previous sample
>> goes to next sample
Å stops playing
Þ plays sample once
? shows current selected lookup buffer in sample slot 64
first loading 'upramp.256' and applying the buffer to it.
When 'SHOWING', << and >> both take you back to your
own sample.
Scrunch actually scrunches your sample
Compare is used to swap between previous and current sample,
that is; the effected and un-effected sample.
Oh yes, you might want to install the included font as your
main octamed font, as the characters Å and Þ are supposed to
look like "STOP" and "PLAY" on a cd player.
